Manufacturing Capabilities

Our manufacturing facility has been approved by the chief controller of explosives, petroleum and explosives safety Organization, Nagpur (India) for the manufacture of unfired pressure vessels. Workshop has the capability to fabricate pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns and speciality equipment in accordance with customer specification to international codes and standards.Materials of construction may include carbon steel, stainles steel and alloy steels. SSGLA facility is equipped to manufacture vessels weighing upto 150 tons. The most modern technology for cutting and welding is incorporated. The facility is fully equipped with SAW, SMAW, MIG Welding, Argon welding machines, plasma cutting machines, and tool room machines like Lathes, Radial Drilling machines, surface grinder etc.
